SANTE ZAURRINI

Sante brings a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to project management, backed by nearly four decades of experience in the construction industry. Beginning his career with Holaco in 1986 as a labourer, he worked his way up through the on-site ranks—from carpenter’s helper to Superintendent—before transitioning into project management. This progression has given him a deep understanding of job site operations and a keen ability to troubleshoot challenges before they arise.

With training in Estimating, Building Technology, and Carpentry from BCIT, along with education in MS Project from SFU, Sante blends technical expertise with practical insight to deliver exceptional results. His first major project, the development of the three-story TD Bank building in Abbotsford, set the stage for a career defined by precision, quality, and leadership. Today, he plays a key role in managing client relations with institutions such as Simon Fraser University and BGIS across British Columbia, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage. Whether overseeing schedules or coordinating teams, Sante leads with the core values that define Holaco: collaboration, respect, and responsibility.

With over three decades of experience in the construction industry, Claudio specializes in leading complex, major projects, with a focus on municipal and institutional ventures. Claudio joined Holaco in 1990 after gaining valuable experience at a large construction firm, and he has since advanced to his role of Principal and Project Director. His extensive credentials include certifications in Infectious Control in Health Care Facilities, Effective Implementation and Practical Application, and Construction Safety Officer. He also holds a Red Seal Ticket in Carpentry from BCIT, along with formal training in Building Construction and Apprenticeship Programs.

His first major project with Holaco, the Lenard Klinck Building at UBC, sparked a long-lasting relationship that has laid the foundation for various municipalities and institutions throughout the Greater Vancouver Area. Claudio is sought after as a strategic consultant for projects requiring innovative, customized solutions. His combination of technical understanding, on-the-field experience, and executive oversight makes him a trusted leader—both in the field and in the boardroom.
