Holaco was co-founded in 1984 by Larry Zaurrini along with current Senior Project Manager Hong, and others. Since assuming their Principal positions over 20 years ago, Sante and Claudio continue to expand the Holaco legacy, while maintaining its commitment to quality and excellence.

While we continue to follow Holaco’s original vision of ‘Building with Integrity,’ we have expanded our guiding values to include ‘Our Team is Your Team,’ ‘Building a Brighter Future,’ and ‘Always Innovating.’ Since 1984, Holaco Construction has become one of Western Canada’s most reliable and highly-skilled construction company, and we will continue to grow and expand for the foreseeable future.
