Holaco was co-founded in 1984 by Larry Zaurrini, late father to Sante, and father-in-law to Claudio. Sante and Claudio continue to expand the Holaco legacy, while maintaining its commitment to quality and excellence.

While we continue to follow Holaco’s original vision of ‘Building with Integrity,’ we have expanded our aspirations to ‘Our Team is Your Team,’ ‘Building a Brighter Future,’ and ‘Always Innovating,’ which has expanded our ability to grow. Since 1984, Holaco Construction has become one of Western Canada’s most reliable and highly-skilled construction company.
