CITY HALL WORKSPACE OPTIMIZATION
This was a multi-phased project, beginning as a Construction Management contract, and transitioning into a Stipulated Sum contract to ensure the client was able to utilize Holaco’s best-in-class value engineering and construction knowledge throughout pre-construction, as well as the construction phase. The building remained occupied throughout construction, so Holaco utilized a stringent community safety plan from mobilization to project completion.
This project included extensive mechanical and electrical works, as well as glazing, millwork, and more to turn the space into a collaborative work environment which can be used by many employees, while having a number of shared private office and meeting spaces for times when privacy is required.
