CHRISTINE SINCLAIR CHILDCARE FACILITY

The Christine Sinclair Child Care Facility project involved the re-purposing of 3,000 square feet of office space within the Christine Sinclair Community Centre to create a fully functional childcare environment. 

The project included extensive re-routing of underground services, installation of all new interior finishes, and the construction of dedicated office areas, kitchens, nap rooms, and coat rooms. Exterior enhancements featured the addition of a soft-surface playground, providing a safe and engaging outdoor space for children.

Through thoughtful planning and execution, Holaco successfully delivered a high-quality, licensed childcare facility that supports families and strengthens the surrounding community.
