Co-founded in 1984 by Larry Zaurrini, Holaco Construction has grown over the years to become a well respected provider of commercial and institutional construction and renovation in the lower mainland. Based in Burnaby, British Columbia, Holaco employs 50+ full-time staff members, and hundreds of the best local sub-contractors. Our growth has meant that we are able to manage projects that range in size from small repairs to multi-million dollar development projects. Now owned and operated by Larry Zaurrini’s son Sante Zaurrini, and his son-in-law Claudio Suraci, Holaco Construction continues to expand while maintaining its commitment to excellence.
